Coadministration with CYP3A4 substrates, especially People with a slender therapeutic index, may lead to reduced concentrations and loss of efficacy. If unable to stay clear of coadministration, check CYP3A4 substrate concentrations and modify dose as necessary.  The estimated track record possibility of main birth defects and miscarriage for that
